Miguel and his team were absolutely incredible. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond from start to finish. They took everything we needed moved, including quite a few things we had assumed we would have to figure out how to move ourselves. This was also NOT an easy move. We were moving out of a third-floor walk-up in an old building with narrow, deep, winding stairs and into another third-floor walk-up with its own challenging staircase. Somehow, they managed to get absolutely everything out of the old apartment and into the new one without missing a beat. Truly amazing. I genuinely do not know how these guys’ bodies handle doing this every day! They worked incredibly hard the entire time while remaining friendly, helpful, and professional. We are so appreciative of Miguel and his entire team and would absolutely use them again. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Michael’s moving and storage made this my easiest move yet! Specifically Cesar, Wilson, and Lester were so kind, careful, quick, and efficient! I lived in the north end on a fourth floor apartment, with numerous boxes and furniture. They were able to move everything from the old apartment to the new in under an hour! They even made the bed, hooked up the TV, and went above and beyond what I ever expected or ever seen movers do. I was so happy for the level of care they displayed for my belongings. Great company! Had to move a 3000 pound double stack bakers pride pizza oven to access the side panel to replace thermostat. Team came with the right equipment and got the move done in less than a minute. It took me longer to change the thermostat lol. Once i was done they move it perfectly back in place. I could not recommend a better moving company. At the beginning of my move I struggled with dates and times. Jaclyn helped me numerous times and was always kind and understanding. I thought I remembered hiring Michael's for our last move 16 years ago, and for a workplace move too. So I called again! As expected, they were easy to work with, pleasant all around from the texts to the phone to the muscle! Three nice guys showed up. We weren't even done packing yet, which they took in stride, and helped us wrap, box and tape like champs. They even had to take some big items out the back way and hoist them over the 2nd floor railing! In the new place, they positioned our rugs, and our sofa and desks, even assembled our Sleep Number bed and adjusted the setting. They are VERY experienced in all things! And only one item broke, and it was too easy to break, and will be good as new with some Crazy Glue. I hope we don't have to move again anytime soon (knock wood!) but if we do, I know who to call!

Felix, Manuel and Charlie of Michael’s Moving Company helped me to move a ton of random bins and boxes from my home into a storage unit about 25 minutes away. They were incredibly efficient, friendly and professional and the move went off quickly and without a hitch. I was worried that conditions might be too tricky and unsafe, as the sidewalks, steps and streets were covered with ice. It was the slipperiest winter conditions I have seen in years. But the team handled everything with such care; they salted and shoveled and just did everything in their power to get the job done safely and without incident. They arrived at my place on time, with a thoughtful pre-arrival phone call, and just made what I expected to be a stressful experience so very pleasant and easy. Also: settling up the post-job payment was just as easy; I appreciated that I was able to pay electronically with my card already on file. I give Michaels Moving 10 stars. Michael was incredibly flexible in rearranging their moving schedule when my condo suddenly had no place for their van to park after a major snowstorm. Felix and his team quickly packed up my MA condo belongings one day and delivered them to my new residence in Philadelphia the next morning. There is usually one day between packing and delivering; but because of the schedule change, they shortened the down time. Kudos to Felix and his team for driving from MA to PA early in the morning and then driving back to MA the same day, as soon as they delivered all my stuff. I really appreciated it. Felix kept everything on track and he was incredibly helpful with suggesting where some of the major pieces should go. It would have taken a long time for my siblings and me to place my furniture in the right place. Also, Felix made me feel so much calmer during the move because of his personality and his ability to keep things on track.

Hillbert and the crew were amazing!! They came unloaded our entire home and moved it to our new home that works diligent strategically and they were very efficient with all the things that we did have they put everything in its rightful place inside of the new home and ask questions where we wanted things to go where things were unclear or not marked And when things ended up in the wrong areas for whatever reason they were so helpful by moving it from the space that it was located into the rightful space that we requested they were very nice and respectful of the new home. They took off their shoes when asked they put down Blankets and paper to protect the floors. We even had questions about our new boiler because the water was not running in our new home and HillBert. To the basement and showed us how to activate the water as well as giving us some helpful tips in an additional information that we had no clue about that was very helpful. We appreciate Hillbert and his team very much and recommend them to any of our friends and family and if for whatever reason we do need to Services they will be the first people that we contact!!! Standing ovation!! We didn’t have to do anything they did it all and got it done!!

OUTSTANDING!!!!! We moved apartments within Boston. When i called Michael's Moving CO, it was a professional experience start to finish. During the move, we had an issue getting the large sofa into the new apartment. I didn't think they would get it to fit, but I was wrong. 5 stars for Felix and his team! My son moved one town over, from Medway to Millis, and his furniture was stored in two different locations. Felix and his crew arrived and worked fast and efficiently. I moved on New Year’s Eve and I was able to schedule with no issues at all. The movers came right on time and were amazing. There were 3guys and they moved me out of my place and into my new place so fast and were awesome with communication. The price was a big bonus as well.

This company is wonderful - between the ease of booking on line, being linked to point contact person for changes (days, times, etc.) then the movers themselves - EXCELLENT! We had a fantastic experience with Felix and his crew during a recent interstate move. Felix and team handled all of our furniture with care and placed all furniture and boxes in the appropriate rooms, they helped to set up bed frames, rolled out rugs, etc. Not only did they do an excellent job with the physical aspects of the move but they were faced with rain, sleet, AND snow during the move. They took great care not to bring snow/water throughout the house. I cannot recommend Felix and his crew enough. They made what could have been a disaster of a move an easy one!
